How long does it take to ship my order?
All orders are shipped as soon as the article is available. If the article is in stock, it is sent in 3 business days after the order.
If the item is not in stock, we will send you an email to notify you when your item will be delivered, and is sent to your address once arrive at our warehouse. (items that are not in stock, usually take between 7-12 working days).
How do I know when my articles will arrive?
Unkind sends you always an email to warn you that the items have been processed and mailed.
In case of unavailability or delay in arrival of materials manufacturers to our facilities, we have sent you an e-mail to say the state of your order and predicting how long it will take.
Can I give up an order?
Of course. If you repent of your purchase or you want to exchange for another article, send us an email to encomendas@unkind.pt at no additional cost (if you have made the payment by bank transfer, the money will be refunded to your account).
Can I return the product i ordered?
If you wish to return the item, you have 15 days to return it in perfect condition. You will have to send by mail to our address.
If there is any defect, the process is exactly the same and you will have the chance to exchange the item for another of equal value or else the money back.
Unkind ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally.
Shipments to Europe has no customs duty, but out of Europe, some countries may charge fees.
Unkind is not responsible for those charges
