Unkind created a points accumulation system as you go making orders.
It's simple! Bonus points are automatically credited to your account whenever you make a purchase. (you must be registered)
All items have associated points, and when you make a purchase, points are added to your account.
First step:
Registering in Unkind to create an account.
How many points do I get?
The moment you register, an account is created in your name, which will start at the Silver level, with 0 points. From here you get 3 points for every euro you spend. Once you have accumulated more than € 200 in purchases in the store, raisins automatically to the Gold level and raisins to receive 5 points for every euro you spend. Once you have accumulated over € 500, raisins automatically to the Platinum level, and raisins to receive 7 points for every euro you spend. (Note: shipping costs do not count as points)
Using the points I'm going to win?
You can spend points whenever you want. Whenever you make an order, and you have points in your account, if you want, you can automatically deduct the points you have. (Note: shipping costs are not included, and must always be paid separately !!) Each point is worth € 0.01, which means that 999 points are worth € 9.99 and can simply be spent when you place an order!
The points are valid for 12 months.
What items can I buy for points?
All items available in store. (except concert tickets)
How do I know how many points I have?
Just click in "My Unkind" and sign in, to check automatically wich client level you are, and how many points you have at the moment. You can also send an email or call if you want, indicating your data, and we inform you about the points.
CUSTOMER LEVELS
There are 3 customer levels available:
Silver
Gold
Platinum
- The Silver customer, you will automatically receive 3 points for every € 1.00 to spend in the store.
- The Gold customer, will automatically get 5 points for every € 1.00 to spend in the store.
- The Platinum customer will automatically receive 7 points for every € 1.00 to spend in the store.
All customers will start at the Silver level. Automatically when you have € 200 in purchases, raisins for the Gold level, and when you have € 500, raisins for the Platinum level !!
