RETURN:
If you wish to return the item, you have 15 days to return it in perfect condition and in original packaging. Just send the item in regular mail to our address, along with a sheet with your information (Name, Email and phone) and your bank account information, so we can give you the money.
If the item is defective, the process is exactly the same and you will have the chance to exchange the item for another of equal value or the money back.
CAUTION - Items used or already washed are not accepted for exchange or refund !!
EXCHANGES:
